Booze - V

Vesper

3 oz gin
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz Kina® Lillet Blanc wine

Shake well until ice cold, strain into a deep champagne goblet. Add a thin slice of lemon-peel.

Vodka and Cranberry

5 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Vodka

Pour Vodka and Cranberry Juice into shaker. Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

Vodka and Tonic

2 ounces Vodka
4 ounces Tonic Water

Pour vodka into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with tonic water, stir, and serve.

Vodka Gibson

3 oz. Vodka
1 tsp Dry Vermouth
Pickled Pearl Onions

Mix vodka and vermouth in a mixing glass with plenty of ice, very rapidly to eliminate melting of ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with several pickled pearl onions. Be sure to blot onions to eliminate vinegar flavor.

Vodka Martini

1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz dry vermouth

Shake vodka and vermouth together with several ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with an olive and serve.

Vodka Stratocaster

3 oz. Vodka
1 tsp Dry Vermouth
Pickled Pearl Onions
1/2 coconut shell

Mix vodka and vermouth in a mixing glass with plenty of ice, very rapidly to eliminate melting of ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with several pickled pearl onions. Be sure to blot onions to eliminate vinegar flavor. Also, add the coconut shell to it, otherwise it would just be a Vodka Gibson and hey..you want more adventures right :-P
