Booze - W

Whiskey and cola

6 oz Coke
4 oz Whiskey

Mix over ice and enjoy :)

Whiskey and Soda

1.5 oz Whiskey
0.5 oz Soda Water

Mix with ice, stir and add lemon (optional)

Whiskey Bittersweet

1.5 oz Whiskey
1.0 oz kumquat juice

Mix with ice, stir and enjoy :)

Whiskey Sour

2 oz whiskey
1/2 of a lemon (juiced)
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 cherry
1/2 slice lemon

Shake whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the unused half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry (optional), and serve.

White Canadian

2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
light cream

Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Fill with light cream and serve.

White Xanadian

2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
light cream
Powdered Sugar

Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Fill with light cream, add a pinch of the powdered sugar, stir and serve

White Lightning (probably illegal, so don't make it)

1 bushel wheat, rye, corn, or barley, washed clean.
25-100lbs. cane sugar (you may substitute brown).
45 gallons warm (80-85 deg F) water
1 lb. bakers yeast.
1 50-55 gal. barrel or Plastic trash can.

Place washed grain in clean barrel along with desired about of sugar. Stir until
sugar is dissolved. Let stand until mixture is cool, below body temp. Place yeast in mixture. Cover with lid. Allow 13-15 days fermentation time. When all fermentation has ceased, siphon off liquid. Run though fine mesh screen to remove all green particles. Grain wine or mash is then ready to run through still. Will produce five to seven gallons of Moonshine when distilled.


White-label gin

Dewar's White Label Gin

Open and enjoy (The kol text says it's cheap gin, this one isn't exactly cheap (around $35) but it has a white label so there.

Wine Spritzer

1/2 cup club soda
1 cup white wine

Pour wine into glass(es), add club soda, serve immediately!
